It is in Silkroad tweed which I bought as a bargain from Coldspring Mill last April. it's slightly bulkier than the original but it is lovely and soft and I enjoyed knitting it. I think I may knit this pattern again for summer. I really love the shape and the detail.

Having seen this cardi in real life I can vouch for how brilliant it is...Martha must have been feeling abit camera shy on this occasion!
I loved it so much that I'm doing her for myself in Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino, a lovely limey green shade...working with this yarn is a delight.
Yep..I know I'm a copycat but you know what they say about imitation (probably that I never have any bright ideas of my own!)
